One of Dhaka’s few fine-dining restaurants and the only Japanese restaurant to employ a well-trained chef from Japan. We have a lovely garden and courtyard for al-fresco dining as well as ample seating inside, in a very minimalist setting.

We fly in Tuna from Tsukiji Market in Tokyo at least once a week and import the majority of our raw materials while trying to source farm-direct for the local materials and work only with very high-end and quality-conscious local suppliers.

CLOSED ON THE FIRST SUNDAY OF EVERY MONTH FOR CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE.

Q Can i bring a cake to celebeate someone birthday?

Yes why not. Just don't forget to reserve your table...

Q Any cost for early reservation ?

Since the cuisine is liked only by a niche segment of people, the footfall is decent and you may avoid reservation on weekdays.
The hotel desk would however be more than happy to entertain your request of no extra charges if you confirm with them in advance on call

Mainly Japanese food. Cost depends on the items.

Izumi has a perfect ambiance for couples looking for a quiet place with enough personal space and good service. It has a pretty pool side view with candle lit tables.
